Ok, USA is the winning country for a while and I haven't seen any bonus to xp or money and it's been like that for a while. So can anyone explain it to me?

im doing a few missions right now and the bonus is there for me.

Well i'm doin the first mission that takes 9 energy and I did it 4 times and only got 4 experience. So is there something I have to download or what.

If your country is winning the war, then you get a little bit more experience when you win a battle. For example, if you win a battle and would normally get 100 experience, you would receive 115 experience. (actually getting this much experience is impossible, but the math is accurate.)

15% of 1 is .15 so you wont get anything added till like 10 or higher.

I believe the exp is built into the shown exp payout for a specific mission. That is why it doesn't look like you got extra exp, but you actually did.

yes, and he is also doing the first one which gets no bonus

there is a noticable bonus in the mountins one where you get 50 exp when your not winning and when you are i beleive you get 57 so do better missions to get more exp bonus. The first one dosent get a bonus and the lower ones bonus are only like 1 or 2 exp.

it does increase a mission for me has 51 exp when im not winning country and when i am it has 60 it will change on the exp thing but the first mission can not increase

not really unless you do a high mission but if you attack their is no differnce at all, btw please explain yourself instead of just posting i havent seen you explain any of your post,dont just try to get your post count up since 10 good posts are better than 1000 usless ones, and how do you think it helps? If you would explain we could comment more on the topic.
