I've noticed the Elders offer different amounts of blood in return for 10 loyalty points.. what effects how much they offer to pay you??

It has to do with the amount of blood you have coming in through slaves. I think the number is 3X. There are high level players that can get blood in the millions for 10 points because they have so many slaves. If you have some points, I recommend sitting on them.

More precisely, the NET amount of blood. The blood you get and use for your abilities is not taken into account...

The value changes as your income goes up. Initially the value is high but it goes down to approx. 4x your income.

it is about 4x, i have an income of 12------ and elders of 50------.

Yea, take your net income about 4 times then you get what the elder will give you for 10 points. Wait til you have many slaves. I, for example, would get 260mil per 10 points
